About these terms

These terms govern your reservation and use of the CornholeRentals™ website and booking service. By placing a reservation, you agree to them. If you ever have a question about what they mean in practice, contact us — we'd rather talk it through than hide behind fine print.

Reservations

Your reservation is confirmed when you complete checkout and receive your confirmation. Availability is checked in real time, but occasionally equipment issues force a substitution or cancellation; if that happens, we'll offer a comparable replacement or a full refund of what you've paid. You must be at least 18 years old to place a reservation.

Payments

Orders under $500 are paid in full at booking. Orders of $500 or more require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance charged to your saved payment method 48 hours before delivery. By booking, you authorize those charges. See the Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy for pricing details and refund rules.

Signing in

Customer accounts use passwordless email sign-in links — no password to remember. Keep access to your email address secure, since anyone with access to your sign-in email can view and manage your reservation. You can view and edit your rental any time through "Manage my rental."

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery details, ensure someone is available during the scheduled delivery window, use the equipment as intended, and return it in the condition described in our Rental Terms. You're responsible for lost or damaged equipment beyond normal wear.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version, and the terms in effect when you booked are the ones that apply to your reservation.

Liability

Our equipment is provided for recreational play. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CornholeRentals™ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the equipment, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected rental.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, where CornholeRentals™ is based.
