What we collect
When you check availability or book a rental, we collect the information needed to deliver it: your name, email address, phone number, the delivery address for your event, your event dates and times, and any notes or artwork you share with us (such as a logo for custom-branded boards). If you choose to keep your boards, we keep the order details for that purchase as well.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; card details are saved by the processor so remaining balances can be charged on schedule.
How we use it
We use your information to check availability, confirm reservations, schedule delivery and pickup, process payments, and contact you about your order. We may email you transactional updates about your rental, and — if you ask us to — event ideas and promotions. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run the business: our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and mapping services used to estimate delivery drive times to your address. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we protect it
Your reservation data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Logo artwork you upload for custom boards is stored privately and is only viewable by you and our team. Access to customer details is limited to the people who need it to deliver your rental.
Your choices
You can review and update your reservation details any time through the "Manage my rental" link, using the sign-in link we email you. To request a copy of your data, correct something we have on file, or ask us to delete your information, email play@cornholerentals.com. We keep reservation records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your booking progress. We do not use advertising trackers.
