Rental Terms

What's included

Every cornhole set includes two premium tournament-style boards and eight all-weather bags (four per team). Backyard games are available as add-ons, and the scoreboard and drink holder combination is available per set. Custom board branding — your logo printed on every rented set — is available at checkout.

Rental period and delivery

Rentals are priced per day: the first day is full price and each additional day is 25% off. Delivery and pickup are scheduled within our 8 AM – 8 PM window in hourly slots. If you need a time outside that window, book the adjacent day or contact us at play@cornholerentals.com and we'll do our best to work with you. There are no separate extra-day charges — additional days are simply priced with the multi-day discount.

Pricing and minimum order

Sets are a flat price per set — the price never changes based on your location. Depending on how far your event is from our Dayton, Ohio warehouse, a minimum order value applies so delivery makes sense for everyone. The minimum for your ZIP code is shown during booking before you pay, and add-ons count toward it.

Care of equipment

Please keep boards and bags dry when possible and treat them like your own. You're responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear during your rental; we'll quote any replacement or repair cost fairly and only charge what it actually costs us.

Custom boards and keeping your boards

Custom-branded boards can be purchased to keep at $349 per set, or $299 per set when keeping 10 or more — that replaces the rental, branding and any additional-day charges for those sets, and includes both boards, your logo, and eight bags. Custom board purchases are final sale and require a 10-day production lead time, so they must be arranged in advance. Already hosted your event and fallen in love with the boards? A $249 per set buyout can be added after your event.

Weather and rescheduling

Cornhole is an outdoor game, but light rain doesn't stop it. If severe weather threatens your event, contact us before the change window passes and we'll work with you to reschedule. See our Cancellation Policy for deadlines and refund terms.

Setup

Boards arrive ready to play. Standard spacing is 27 feet between the front edges of the opposing boards; we'll set up the layout you request when space allows, and each set needs a clear lane about 35–40 feet long.
